Facial Exercises - Introduction
I'm going to show you five exercises for the muscles of the face and neck. These few exercises if they are done correctly and every day will greatly improve the look and expressiveness of your face. Since I'm not selling a facial exercise program (or anything), I don't have to make promotional claims like - a few minutes a day and you'll see amazing positive changes in your face in just a few weeks. Drivel like this is confusing because in reality facial muscles and the skin covering them do not respond to easy short-term solutions.
Unlike the skeletal muscles of the body, the facial muscles are directly attached to the skin that covers them. (They are also attached to other facial muscles and to bone.) When these facial muscles start to lose their tone and elasticity because of age and gravity, the skin that is attached to them starts to sag. This of course gives the look you don't want to see reflected back to you in the bathroom mirror.
Facial exercise is used to stimulate blood flow and circulation, relieves tension, and improves overall appearance of the face.As you get aged, it is normal that your facial muscles become slaggy, slack, and baggy.Facial exercises promote a smooth and wrinkle free skin.As facial muscles loose firmness, the facial exercise helps in toning the facial muscles.Facial exercise helps in achieving anti aging, youthful, and wrinkle free face.You can simply massage your face with your hands. Stroke your whole face with both hands across the cheeks and over your forehead.Facial masks can be used to tone your facial muscles. Masks tighten the skin and make the skin healthier while preventing wrinkles. Protective creams are used to keep your skin healthy.

Face Exercise

If you have those circles under your eyes, frowning and squinting left tracks on your face then here are a few face exercises that will help you look great and beautiful. By following these few exercises religiously you will have a young and dazzling look without going for surgery or face-lift. Let us begin with forehead. This exercise should be done 10 times daily to the count of six at a time.
Forehead :Join your fingers together with your thumbs folded in and place your fingers near your temples i.e., where your scalp meets your head. Push straight up and hold and then, raise your eyebrows, hold for six counts and release.
Benefits: This face exercise removes the lines above the brow. It targets the muscles of the forehead and the muscles at the back of your head.
Lips: Suck on your finger as hard as possible and slowly remove it. Repeat this exercise for ten times. This facial exercise firms your lips.
Eyes: Sit with your eyes closed and relaxed. While keeping your eyes closed, look down and look up as far as possible. Repeat this exercise for ten to fifteen times.Sit straight with your eyes closed and relaxed. Lift your eyebrows and stretch your eyelids down as far as possible by keeping your eyes closed. Keep in this position for a count of ten, relax and repeat it for ten times [Eye care].
Cheeks: Take your three center fingers and place them on the cheeks and push them down. At the same time, raise your cheeks by smiling as hard as you can. Keep your head back when you are performing this workout.
Neck: Sit straight and tilt your head back looking at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and relaxed. Move your lower lip over your top lip as far as possible and keep for a count of ten. Relax and repeat for ten times.
